Although small number of the disaster victims began to return to the hometown by partial release of the evacuation directive area, we cannot tell when many residents can return. Even after decontamination, the dose of radiation of the stricken area did not fall as expected, and so the victims are worrying about the influence on health. Securing of infrastructure maintenance and employment is not enough, too. Therefore, the inhabitants who think “I will not return any longer” are increasing in number.
