Estrategias didácticas colaborativas para fortalecer el aprendizaje experiencial

Working collaboratively is one of the main challenges of the 21st century, as the exchange of ideas, thoughts and experiences is key to generating new learning. However, in the field of education, there is a need to apply collaborative strategies with students to strengthen their experiential learning. In the classroom, group work is observed to a greater extent, but students are not developed the necessary skills to work collaboratively and with shared responsibility among the members of a team. The objective of the research was to investigate collaborative didactic strategies to strengthen experiential learning in students. A documentary research was applied with an exploratory level and a qualitative approach. The method used was analytical-synthetic. The results were obtained from the analysis of the research literature, which allowed us to conclude that there are countless collaborative didactic strategies to be applied in the classroom and favor experiential learning, although some are not known by teachers. In addition, some students have not developed the skills to work collaboratively, which affects the acquisition of new competencies, skills and knowledge necessary for their comprehensive education. Trabajar en colaboración es uno de los principales retos del siglo XXI, ya que el intercambio de ideas, pensamientos y experiencias es clave para generar nuevos aprendizajes. Sin embargo, en el ámbito educativo, existe la necesidad de aplicar estrategias colaborativas con los estudiantes para fortalecer en ellos el aprendizaje vivencial. En las aulas de clases, se observan en mayor medida los trabajos en grupo, pero no se desarrolla en los alumnos las habilidades necesarias para trabajar de manera colaborativa y con la responsabilidad compartida entre los miembros de un equipo. El objetivo de la investigación fue indagar las estrategias didácticas colaborativas para fortalecer el aprendizaje experiencial en los discentes. Se aplicó una investigación de tipo documental con nivel exploratorio y enfoque cualitativo. El método utilizado fue el analítico-sintético. Los resultados se obtuvieron a partir del análisis de la literatura de la investigación, mismos que permitieron concluir que existen un sinnúmero de estrategias didácticas colaborativas para aplicar en el aula y favorecer el aprendizaje experiencial, aunque algunas no son conocidas por los docentes. Además, algunos alumnos no tienen desarrolladas las habilidades para trabajar en colaboración, lo que afecta la adquisición de nuevas competencias, habilidades y saberes necesarios para su formación integral
