Comunicación, educación y desarrollo: el reto de la pandemia

This article presents the results of an investigation carried out between 2021 and 2022, whose purpose is the recognition of the most significant transformations, learning and challenges that the pandemic left in the teaching communicative-educational practices, in 19 rural and urban educational institutions in Colombia. in the context of the pandemic caused by COVID 19. The study is carried out based on the analysis of the narratives of teachers and students; therefore, it makes visible the teaching experiences, the use of ICT for teaching and its relevance in the social contexts in which they took place. Methodologically, it is in the qualitative approach and resorts to instruments of the biographical method such as life stories and interviews. Finally, the strength of the narrative experience specified that technological inequalities gave rise to formal and informal practices, with communicative forms that strengthened the social fabric and helped overcome difficulties.Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada entre 2021 y 2022, cuyo propósito fue el reconocimiento de las transformaciones, aprendizajes y retos más significativos que dejó la pandemia en las prácticas comunico-educativas docentes, en 19 instituciones educativas rurales y urbanas en Colombia en el contexto de la pandemia ocasionada por la COVID 19. El estudio se realiza a partir del análisis de las narrativas de docentes y estudiantes; por ello, visibiliza las experiencias docentes, el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, para la enseñanza y su relevancia en los contextos sociales en los que tuvieron lugar. Metodológicamente, se ubica en el enfoque cualitativo y acude a instrumentos propios del método biográfico como las historias de vida y las entrevistas. Finalmente, la fortaleza de la experiencia narrativa precisó que las desigualdades tecnológicas suscitaron prácticas formales e informales, con formas comunicativas que afianzaron el tejido social y ayudaron superar dificultades
