THE IMPACT OF THE COVID 19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC ON THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF BANKS IN UKRAINE: DETERMINATION OF PROBABILITY OF DEFAULT IN MODERN CONDITIONS

This article analyzes the current financial condition of Ukrainian banks, identifies the quantitative impact of the global pandemic COVID 19 on the overall level of financial condition of a particular bank; a simplified algorithm for determining the probability of default of a particular bank in practice is presented. It is emphasized that the quality of bank management, the level of its financial condition can be given only in the context of comparing its financial profile with other banks in the banking sector. The COVID-19 injection was brought to the financial stand of banks.
