In the framework of Glauber diffraction theory a calculation of ifferential cross section for inelastic р9Ве-scattering has been carried out. The wave function of 9Ве nucleus for the ground and the excited states in the three-particle ++n-model was used. The expansion of the 9Ве nucleus wave function in a series by gaussterms and representation of the Glauber Ω operator in a form which conjugates to the three-particle wave function allow to calculate analytically the matrix elements of the inelastic scattering with account of all orders of scattering and re-scattering on clusters and nucleon composing the 9Ве nucleus. The maximum of the calculated differential cross section with the wave function in both models is close to the experimenta...
