Abstract Blood pressure (BP) is the main driver of mortality with 12.8% of all deaths worldwide. Adolescents are not spared, precisely in Cameroon where they constitute more than half of its population. The objective of our work was to describe the prevalence and risk factors of pre‐hypertension and high blood pressure (HBP) among adolescents in Cameroonian schools.
