Mass-communication shows democratic attitudes toward the handicapped persons and states the principles about the welfare for them, while it tends not to clarify the problems related to their rights such as that parents kill their own children. From this point of view, mass-communication lacks consistency. 2. College students who hope to become school theachers in the future show two typical attitudes at the level of image, idea and will. Some of them have dark and heavy image and the others have healthy and humanistic image. Some have a negative idea and the others a positive one. Some have the will to educate the handicapped ...
