埼玉県越谷市To investigate nursing home staff's opinions toward social welfare, the respondents were asked to read the book titled "HUMAN SERVICE : ALBUM FOR WELL LIFE" written by this author, and to present descriptions of their impressions about the book. All 25 staff of one nursing home excluding the chief and the vice-chief cooperated with this investigation. Sixteen care workers, 1 social worker, 1 counselor, 1 nurse, 1 secretary, 1 dietition and 4 cooks were included. The descriptions were analysed according to criteria.
