The black vertical line at ~ 500 s indicates the timing of forskolin (2 µM) application, which was added to artificially elevate cAMP levels before stimulating cells. The blue and red vertical lines indicate the approximate timing of visible light and X-ray stimulation, respectively, as in Figure 2 of manuscript.</p
