This study was conducted as a descriptive study to determine the relationship between quality of work life, burnout and spiritual well-being in intensive care nurses. The research has been carried out on 211 nurses who work in the intensive care units in three public hospitals located in Turkey's Eastern Anatolia Region. In data collection, a form containing questions about the socio-demographic characteristics of individuals (age, gender, education level, marital status, economic status and receiving spiritual care education), “Spiritual Well-being Scale”, “Nursing Work Life Scale” and “Maslach Burnout Scale” were used.
