[出版社版]This article describes the research project that aims to develop visible light communication system for road-to-vehicle communications. In this project, erasure correction by low density parity check (LDPC) code is introduced, and its block error rate is evaluated by simulation. As a result, our proposed scheme can achieve bit error rate below 10-1 under the condition that frame erasure rate is 30%
