研究分担者平成17年度~平成19年度科学研究費補助金 (基盤研究B) 研究成果報告書This paper focuses on a European Union's education policy especially on Lisbon Strategy and the process of making the five benchmarks and twenty-nine indicators. Firstly, the agreement of the Lisbon Strategy through 2010 in education and training is one of the first policy which the 25 member states have to attain an equal goal with an Open-Method-Coordination (OMC). The core idea was to become "the most competitive and dynamic knowledged-based economy in the world, capable a sustainable economic growth with more and better jobs and greater social cohesion."
