We have many educational problems in Japan. In this paper, the author explorers the inner life or value of school children, paying particular attention to the reformation of teaching guideline of Japan. Despite the long history in educational reformation in Japan, we are faced with a drop in scholastic ability of school children. The author seeks to the solution by analyzing the system and possibility of public school in Japan
