[出版社版]The condensation of SF_6 carried in Ar has been studied experimentally in supersonic nozzle flow, and also experimental data was compared with numerical calculation based on nucleation and drop-growth theory. It was found that the static pressure and static temperature distribution in the nozzle and the onset point of SF_6 condensation were affected by differences of the physical properties at temperatures above and below the transition point of SF_6. When the stagnation pressure was lower than or equal to 50 KPa, the onset point of SF_6 condensation was found to be distributed in the region far distant from the saturation line of SF_6 or below the transition temperature of SF_6
