Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a condition where the baby's birth weight is below 2500 grams. LBW is one of the biggest causes of IMR in Indonesia in 2021, reaching 34.5%. Maternal conditions during pregnancy include anemia status, maternal nutritional status such as chronic energy deficiency (CED), maternal age when pregnant, parity are risk factors for LBW babies. Sukoharjo Regency experienced an increase in the prevalence of LBW from 3.5% in 2021 to 4.1% in 2022, it can be said that this figure exceeds the prevalence in Indonesia according to the Ministry of Health in 2021 of 2.5%.
