Famoxadone ve Cymoxanil etkili maddeli bir fungisitin domates (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) bitkisi üzerine fizyolojik etkisi

In this study, a fungicide namely Equation Pro (22.5 % Famoxadone + 30 % Cymoxanil) was pulverized at recommended concentration of 40 g/100 L water, two higher concentration of 80 g/100 L water and three higher concentration of 120 g/100 L water on tomato plants which are grown extensively and economically in Turkey. Then, their likely effects on physiological structures of the tomatoes were examined in both treated and untreated plants. the results showed that the amounts of photosynthetic pigment substances and protein were increased in recommended concentration of 40 g/100 L water according to untreated plants. Analysis of leaves in three higher concentration of 120 g/100 L water showed that the amounts of photosynthetic pigment substances and protein were reduced, while the amount of abscisic acid (ABA) which are endogen hormones in leaves was increased. Because of these conclusion, it was clearly showed that three higher concentration of 120 g/100 L water caused physiological stres in tomato plants.Çalışmada ülkemiz için ekonomik öneme sahip domates bitkisine farklı konsantrasyonlarda (Önerilen doz = 40 g/100 L suya, Önerilen X2 =80 g/100 L suya, Önerilen X3= 120 g/100 L suya) % 22.5 Famoxadone ve % 30 Cymoxanil etkili maddeli Equation Pro adlı fungisit uygulanmıştır. Çimlenme yüzdelerinin yanı sıra,fotosentetik pigment maddeleri (klorofil a ve b, total klorofil, karotenoid), protein ve hormon miktarlarına bakılmıştır. Fotosentetik pigment maddeleri ve protein değerleri açısından Equation Pro fungisitinin etikette önerilen dozunun kontrole göre iyi sonuçlar verdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çimlenme yüzdelerinin, fotosentetik pigment maddelerinin, protein miktarının azalması buna karşılık ABA (absisik asit) miktarının artması nedeniyle uygulanan fungisitin etikette önerilenin 3 katı dozunun domates bitkisinde fizyolojik strese neden olduğu açıkça görülmüştür
