Introduction: Osteogenesis imperfecta is a systemic genetic disease of connective tissue. OI affects tissues that contain collagen, with an emphasis on bone tissue, with low bone mass os its main aspect, causing fragile bones that are susceptible to deformities and fractures. In physiotherapeutic rehabilitation treatment, the quality of life of children with this condition improves. Objective: Understand the indications and physiotherapeutic treatment of Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) in Pediatrics. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review research.
