Childhood cancer, especially pediatric leukemia, is a complex and challenging medical condition. The present study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of pharmacological approaches used in the treatment of pediatric leukemia, with an emphasis on contemporary strategies. Understanding these interventions is of vital importance to optimize clinical management and enhance the quality of life for affected children.
