PENGEMBANGAN JIWA ENTREPRENEURSHIP GUNA MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN GURU HONORER MUARA BULIAN

The importance of developing soft skills and hard skills after graduate school, especially for teacher education graduates. After serving at school as an honorary teacher, an entrepreneurial spirit must be developed to improve welfare. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The methods used in this research are theoretical explanation, entrepreneurship explanation, discussion, the participants ask several questions and the presenter explains them relevantly, and evaluation, to determine the feasibility and results of the activity. Based on the results of the research carried out, the results obtained were that Muara Bulian honorary teachers were capable of entrepreneurship. You only need to add activities such as providing materials, discussions and evaluation of entrepreneurial activities in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit
