This study aims to look at the role of organizational culture in mediating the dimensions of GCG in the era of national health insurance on performance at the BLUD HM Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka Regency, using quantitative research. The population of this study was civil servants and non-PNS employees who worked at the BLUD of the HM Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, namely 286 people who were selected based on Presidential Decree No. 77 of 2015.
