Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja UKM Batik Giriloyo yang Dimediasi oleh Orientasi Belajar dan Strategi Diferensiasi

Giriloyo Batik Crafts, situated in Wukirsari Village, Bantul Regency, stands as a primary attraction for tourists seeking distinctive batik textiles to take home as souvenirs. This research endeavors to examine the influence of entrepreneurial mindset on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), using learning orientation and differentiation strategy as intermediary factors, within the context of Giriloyo Batik SMEs in Wukirsari Village, Bantul Regency. The study encompasses a sample of 35 batik SMEs, employing the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique for data analysis and relying on a questionnaire for data collection. The findings of the study affirm all proposed hypotheses, which encompass the following: Entrepreneurial orientation significantly and positively affects the performance of Giriloyo Batik SMEs. Entrepreneurial orientation has a constructive and meaningful influence on SME performance, with learning orientation acting as a mediator within Giriloyo Batik SMEs. Entrepreneurial orientation bears a favorable and significant impact on SME performance, with the mediation of differentiation strategy within Giriloyo Batik SMEs. It can be practically recommend that Giriloyo Batik SMEs hould enhance their marketing strategies and methods, potentially incorporating social media platforms, even though the business owner has already undertaken such initiatives
