The article arises in the framework of the research Components of the life cycles of 10 early childhood teachers: voices of the actors, based on the autobiographical narratives prepared by the research participants. Initially, it seeks to give life to the teachers' stories about the factors that affect to a greater or lesser degree the development of their professional career, to understand the scenario and the set of realities that constitute it, recognizing the administrative, family, and social tasks, among others, that lead him to a fragmentation and misunderstanding of his life project.
