Production costs of coffee lately oscillate between $900,000 and $1,200,000 COP to produce a load of dry parchment coffee of 125 kilos; a situation that is changing because by 2022 this tends to vary and increase the value of production based on globalization and agricultural inflation, as well as the world shortage of raw materials. The objective of this research is to evaluate the adoption of good agricultural practices in coffee systems based on the annual analysis of production and maintenance costs.
