The writing growth and the literacy concept

The purpose of the text that led to this work was to investigate and analyze some aspects of the literacy process, considering the writing growth in the current cultural context. Affirming that our culture is growing is to understand it as a text which has been structured in dialogic, procedural systems, and has been constituted by languages of different encodings.
