This article introduces audiovisual data-set, and data-visualization methods developed to analyze video remixes, i.e., Anime Music Videos (AMVs). It mainly focuses on reviewing the methodology that has supported our Ph.D. thesis which aims to integrate a qualitative methodology according to Bakhtin\u27s theories of genre and architectonics, and a quantitative methodology based on media visualization techniques and statistical distributions of formal and stylistic choices.
