Participatory Strategic Planning in a Public University

The experiences of participatory strategic planning are still restricted in the public sector. There are few studies about it concerning public universities. Onward this belief, came the idea of creating a participatory strategic planning methodology appropriate for a Public University. The objective is to show how it was developed and implemented across the University. Initially was defined some concepts required to understand the methodology, and then presented how the method was developed and applied.
