Sagittal plane joint centre location differences over the whole stride (A) for the camera-side (Cam-side) and occluded-side (Occ-side), created using repeated measures Bland-Altman bias and SD of bias,. In Fig 2B–2F, frontal plane joint centre locations were time normalised to one stride and then, within stride mean and SD differences were calculated between markerless and marker-based motion capture for each joint, averaged over all trials. Vertical lines in Fig 2B-2F represents the end of the stance phase (60.4% of stride). All values were normalised to the vertical distance in pixels (height) between the left and right shoulder and hip joint centre locations of the participant, for every frame in each individual trial.</p
