The purpose of this study is to find out a clear picture of the application for an adult birth certificate through Klampid New Generation (KNG). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
