Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on fungal sinusitis. Methods: 100 patients who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. They were the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the control group can be treated with traditional Caldwell Luc surgery. The experimental group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.
