It has been observed by many scholars that in Nigeria, there is very little implementation of inclusive education in schools, which results in a lack of accessible education, or any education, for students with special education needs (SEN). Research has found that the success of inclusive education implementation is context-specific. In Nigeria, the contexts vary between states, and for the North Senatorial District of Ondo State, there is very little existing research regarding the implementation of inclusive education and the challenges that teachers may experience in their classrooms.
