Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of work family conflict, workload, job stress and performance of employee on PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa Kediri. Data used in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 32 employees of PT Tisaga Jayaarto Ajisentosa who has married and have a family or a service life of more than two year based on purposive sampling method, based on the criteria specified by the researcher where samples were selected by using certain considerations.
