This research aims to (1) determine the work discipline that is applied in an effort to improve employee performance at PT. Mensa Binasukses Banjarmasin and (2) to find out the work discipline that should be applied in an effort to improve employee performance at PT. Mensa Binasukses Banjarmasin.This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Research data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. Furthermore, descriptive analysis was used to analyze the collected data.The results show (1) that there are still many undisciplined action from some employees at PT. Mensa Binasukses Banjarmasin, from being late to work, resting beyond the alloted hours, to not coming to work without reason.Based on these findings, (2)...
