This research aims to find out: (1) to identify employee job rotations at BMT Khairul Amin in Banjar Regency; (2) to understand the objectives of implementing employee job rotations at BMT Khairul Amin in Banjar Regency; and (3) to identify the challenges in implementing employee job rotations at BMT Khairul Amin in Banjar Regency. This research design is descriptive qualitative research in order to understand, describe, and interpret qualitative data in depth.
