Warung Dadakan is a restaurant located in the city of Banjarmasin, located at KM.7. This study aims to (1) determine the quality of service to consumer satisfaction at the Warung Dadakan Banjarmasin restaurant. (2) find out what are the obstacles to the management of Warung Dadakan Banjarmasin Restaurant in providing quality service to customer satisfaction.
