This research aims to analyze the influence of office facilities and work discipline on employee performance in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the South Buru Regency Regional Secretariat, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive in nature using a quantitative approach so as to support this research activity. The data analysis method used in this research is the linear regression analysis method.
