PERANAN PUPUK ORGANIK LIMBAH PISANG DAN NPK MUTIARA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI JAGUNG MANIS (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt)

This research was carried out in July 2022 at the Experimental Garden of the Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of Banana Waste Organic Fertilizer and Pearl Npk on the Growth and Production of Sweet Corn (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt). The design used was factorial 3 x 4 in a randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. The first factor is the dose of banana waste organic fertilizer with 4 stages, namely: O0 = 0 , O1 = 1 kg/plot, O2 = 2 kg/plot, O3 = 3 kg/plot. The second factor was the dose of NPK Mutiara with 3 steps, namely: N1 = 5 gr/plant, N2 = 10 gr/plant, N3 = 15 gr/plant. , cob weight per plot per treatment of banana waste fertilizer, application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer and the interaction of banana and pearl waste fertilizer had a significant effect, while the number of leaves parameter in all treatments was not significantly differentINTISARI Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2022 di kebun percobahan universitas muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan, ,tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan Pupuk Organik Limbah Pisang Dan Npk Mutiara Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Jagung Manis (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt) rancangan yang di gunakan adalah faktorial 3 x 4 dalam rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk organik limbah pisang dengan 4 tarap yaitu : O0 =0 , O1 = 1 Kg/plot, O2 = 2 Kg/plot, O3 = 3Kg/plot. Faktor kedua dosis NPK Mutiara dengan 3 tarap yaitu : N1 = 5 gr/tanaman, N2= 10 gr/tanaman, N3 =15 gr/tanaman Dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis secara statistik parameter tinggi tanaman (cm), berat tongkol pertanaman (gr), berat tongkol per plot per perlakuan pupuk limbah pisang, pemberian pupuk NPK Mutiara dan interaksi pupuk limbah pisang dan mutiara berpengaruh nyata, sedangkan parameter jumlah daun pada semua perlakuan tidak berbeda nyat
