Meanwhile, data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The method used in this research was a quantitative research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The research data were collected through results of questionnaire distributed to 30 non-local students in the 2019 Batch of Economics Education Department, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
