Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru

This current research aimed to determine the impact of teacher certification on teacher performance in SMP Negeri throughout Tilongkabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The research employed a quantitative method and involved 30 certified teachers as its samples. The research data were gathered through a questionnaire where the data analysis technique applied simple linear analysis. The research fiding notified an emergence of the impact of teacher certification for 96,5% on the teacher performance in SMP Negeri throughout Tilongkabila Subdistrict. In the meantime, the remaining 3,5% was elucidated by other variables which were not examined in this research
