Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship Management, Brand Image, dan Service Quality terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BRI Unit Tangkerang Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian explanatory research. Adapun Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan accidental sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk teknik pengumpulan data.
