This study aims to examine whether the perception of ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness, perceived risk pf using e-filling for individual taxpayers. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using a questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary data from the results of questionnaires. The study took a sample that is part of individual taxpayers who use e-filling in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection is used by entrusting questionnaires in the formof google forms and questionnaires processed was 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
