PENGARUH STRUKTUR AUDIT, KONFLIK PERAN, KETIDAKJELASAN PERAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA AUDITOR (Studi empiris pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Yogyakarta)

This study aims to examine the effect of audit structure, role conflict, unclear role and work motivation on auditor performance at the Public Accountant Office in Yogyakarta. To test the hypothesis in this study used primary data using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with auditor performance as the dependent variable (Y) and audit structure, role conflict, role ambiguity and work motivation as independent variables (X). The results of this study state that audit structure variables have a positive effect on auditor performance, role conflict has a negative effect on auditor performance, role ambiguity has a negative effect and work motivation has a positive effect on auditor performance
