Objective: To investigate the prevalence of tuberculosis in individuals presenting withsuperficial lymphadenopathy using Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) as a diagnosticcriterion.Methodology: This cross-sectional research was carried out at HBS General Hospital inIslamabad for a span of three years, commencing from July 2015 and concluding in June 2018.The study included individuals who presented with superficial lymph node enlargement and metthe specified inclusion and exclusion criteria.
