International audienceThis article presents an energetic study of the synchronization between the diver and the diving board in springboard diving. This study is based on the motion capture data of dives, a finite element model of the diving board and a biomechanical model of the diver. These models are made specific to the diver and diving board studied experimentally. A prediction method of the interaction efforts between the diver and the diving board is also used.
