Las Voluntades Anticipadas: una perspectiva ético-jurídica

Conclusion: If there is a sound ethical-legal basis on the early declaration of will, benefits would be offered to the patients, who would see Their wishes met, and for the doctors, who would make decisions with greater security and attending to the will of the patient.Objectivo es analizar y discutir la declaración anticipada de voluntad desde el punto de vista ético-jurídico. El derecho a la autodeterminación y la libertad de los individuos en lo que se refiere a la asistencia sanitaria se instrumentaliza en las declaraciones de voluntad anticipadas. El principio de la autonomía así se materializa, se convierte así en el paciente en un sujeto activo en el proceso de atención médica.
