The Quick Scan Audit Methodology (QSAM) is a supply chain business diagnostic. The QSAM has both an Action Learning and a Management Theory stream. The former is concerned with evaluating the operating characteristics and performance of specific value streams. The latter builds on codified data emanating from a sample of QSAM outputs to statistically evaluate any possible contributions to new management theory. During such research other powerful outputs including delineation of best practice and identification of preferred, successful, trajectories for change emerge.
