Relaciones de género en el programa de la mujer en el sector agrario (promusag)

The purpose of this study was to show the complex network ofrelations between the State, the peasants' organizations,technicians and rural women as subjects of development insidethe dynamics of the Woman's Program in the Agrarian Sector(PROMUSAG) of the Agrarian Reform Secretariat (ARS), aswell as the gender mainstreaming that the program is supposedto have. Results showed that mainstreaming of the genderapproach in the PROMUSAG dynamics is shortened by theprogram design, as well as by the traditional relations betweenState, peasants' organizations, technicians and rural women, whatmakes the rural development from the gender perspective difficult.Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo mostrar la compleja red de relacionesentre el Estado, las organizaciones campesinas, técnicos(as) y mujeres rurales como sujetos del desarrollo dentro de ladinámica del Programa de la Mujer en el Sector Agrario(PROMUSAG) de la Secretaría de la Reforma Agraria (SRA),así como la transversalidad de género que el programa dice tener.Los resultados revelan que la transversalidad del enfoque degénero en la dinámica del PROMUSAG se trunca por el diseñodel programa, así como por las relaciones tradicionalistas entreEstado, organizaciones campesinas, técnicos (as) y mujeres rurales,lo que dificulta el desarrollo rural con perspectiva de género
