The Ebers-Moll model,the charge controll model and the Linvill's lumped constant Model are used as a model which describes the large signal response of the transistor. These models are all based on the same mathematical model. The non-linear model can be used for the DC analysis and the time response. We analyzed the DC operation of the transistor logic circuits and made sure of it by an experiment,with the result,the theoretical values agreed sufficiently with the experimental values
