It is considered that the process of change from the original plan to the executed one has important factors in a design. This paper reports and discusses the process of house-planning shown in Fig.1-Fig.9. In this example， the important consideration is given to the general arrangement between new and old houses in the site，and to the analysis of client' s requirement. The process of house-planning shows that the executed block is the most simple and the attachment of designer for F-block (guest room， Japanese tea room， tea garden and doen) restrains the advance of planning
