Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory, demyelinating, and neurodegenerative disease affecting the central nervous system, often characterized by the accumulation of irreversible clinical disability over time. In recent years, there has been a dramatic evolution in several key concepts of MS treatment.
