The Application of The Silicon Unijunction Transistor to The Amplitude Modulated Sawtooth Wave Oscillator.

We have made the experiment on the new sawtooth wave oscillator，us ing the Silicon Unijunction Transistor，which generates the amplitude modulated sawtooth wave. We have got very good results: very good wave form，very good frequency stability and very good modulation characteristics，using the simple test circuit.
